Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
In general, due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. However, should you receive damaged or defective products, BlanksWareHouse will review any and all claims and will work with you to reach a solution. All damage or defective claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Any claim submitted after 72 hours of receipt of goods may not be accepted or processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging. Please be sure to inspect your items immediately upon receipt to ensure any damage or defective claims are eligible for review.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to items that have been custom made to order, arts produced on a router or laser cutter, used items or non stock items.
Should BlanksWareHouse accept or approve a return, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photos, as well as documentation from the carrier that the packages were delivered with damage to content and packaging,
Please do not send items back to BlanksWarehouse without written approval from BlanksWarehouse stating the return has been authorized. Failure to do so may result in a denial of the claim, and you may be liable and /or responsible for all return shipping charges in such a case.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, and these are decided on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only consider replacements for items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@blankswarehouse.com to file a claim and await instructions or a decision.

*Do not send items to us without an authorization code and written approval form Blanks Warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you do. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more items after approval, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
