Shipping & Delivery
At this time, BlanksWareHouse ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, BlanksWareHouse ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico but not to other international locations through this website. For international orders or shipping, please contact us via email or information and processing. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when postage is purchased from the shipping carrier.
Please be aware that all estimated shipping times, both written and verbal, are subject to change and are, in fact, simply estimates. Factors beyond the control of BlanksWareHouse, its owners, associates, and affiliates may delay, postpone or cause shipments to be canceled. We take no responsibility for delays or loss of any kind that may arise while packages and shipments are in transit while in possession of any delivery service.
We mostly ship items using the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes, as we find this to be the best value for our customers but we reserve the right to use any shipping carrier of our choice such as FedEx or UPS.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PACKAGES.
Blankswarehouse reserves the right to use any shipping service or provider of their choice and is not restricted to using the United States Postal Service exclusively. Once an order is processed by BlanksWareHouse, and BlanskWareHouse has made payment to the shipping provider for postage and tracking number(s) have been provided to BlanksWareHouse, we will not be responsible at that point in time for the loss or delay of the package(s) and or damage done to the package(s) and or it's contents.
In short, because some shipping services such as the USPS, are not consistent or capable of scanning packages upon pickup to provide us with proof of receipt, we will no longer be responsible for the mishandling or loss of packages caused by any shipping provider or carrier(s). Should a package become lost, delayed, misdelivered or damaged, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to deal with the shipping service directly to obtain whatever refund or reimbursement that may be due. Please note, that unless the customer requests in writing, in advance, to have, and pays for in advance, additional insurance that covers the full package value, all packages will ship and be covered by the minimum amount of insurance offered through the shipping provider for the service or shipping method purchased. Please note that not all shipping providers offer insurance with some services that may be used.
Processing and handling times will vary depending on order volume. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days (M-F ), but delays are possible from time to time, and we take no responsibility for delayed shipments or damage as a result of delayed shipping.
All sales are final; we do not accept refunds or returns, but should we ever grant a refund or return, the buyer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. BlanksWareHouse, its owners, associates, and affiliates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and fees imposed by any country or party.

BlanksWareHouse charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be granted for reasons other than damage or defective issues. Should a return request be authorized, the customer must ship the merchandise back to blankswarehouse.com within 10 business days of receiving an authorization number for the return postage label.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
All damage claims must be handled directly by the customer and the shipping carrier. Regarding orders that ship USPS Priority Mail, please contact your local post office or go to www.USPS.com to file a damage claim. You will be required to present the damaged packaging and product to your local postmaster for inspection, so be sure to retain the packaging and product.
APPROVED RETURNS:
Should blankswarehouse.com approve and accept a return request, customers must comply with the following guidelines. Failure to do so may result in an overturn or denial of your return request.
1. All damaged merchandise or products sent in error MUST be returned to blankswarehouse.com before a refund or replacement can be sent.
2. All returned items must remain in the original shrink wrap for inspection purposes. Items must be returned in their original condition.
3. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees and charges. Packages/returns must be shipped using a tracking number and delivery confirmation services. The tracking number and ship date must be supplied to blankswarehouse.com before the item is shipped.
4. ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Returns/packages received without proper identification markers will not be processed.
5. Should a prepaid return label(s) be purchased by BWH and supplied to the customer, and the customer fails to use the label within a timely manner (10 business days), the customer will be expected to reimburse blankswarehouse.com for the cost of the label(s) and will also be responsible for purchasing a replacement label(s) should they be needed.
6. In most cases, BlanksWareHouse will most likely issue a refund for damaged items and WILL NOT reship replacement merchandise.
7. Original shipping fees may or may not be refunded. Each case will be independently reviewed regarding original shipping costs, and should blankswarehouse.com decide not to refund all or a portion of the original shipping fees, the customer may file a claim with USPS for a postage refund if applicable.
8. After inspection and review of returned items, should a return request be denied by blankswarehouse.com for any reason whatsoever, the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with reclaiming the merchandise as well as any shipping fees paid by blankswarehouse.com in processing the return. The customer, in such cases, will be responsible for all and any handling and processing fees associated with the return.
PROCESSING FEES FOR CANCELATIONS / REFUND REQUESTS:
All payments made and orders are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE 8% processing fee should the customer's request for a refund or cancelation be approved by blankswarehouse.com.
FRAUDULENT CLAIMS:
Should blankswarehouse.com find evidence of fraud or theft in related damage claims or refund requests, all related parties, information, and evidence will be submitted to the proper legal authorities for further investigation and prosecution.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. As items are discounted, all sales are final, please. Please be aware that delays are possible depending upon current order volume and or issues beyond our control.
*** Please note we must be notified of any damage or shortage on orders within 48 hours of receipt. For Blanks customers, shrink wrap MUST remain on all blanks for inspection purposes. Photos of the product(s), as well as the shipping boxes and labels, will be required and must be sent to us via email immediately.
When accepting a shipment, please check for any visible damage to the pallet or boxes. If damage is noted, be sure to have the driver note it in writing on the receipt bill of laden and have the driver sign your copy of the receipt/bill of laden as proof and or acknowledgment of damage.
Please be aware that damage claims will not be processed if these conditions are not met. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
